Service Description

I educate to inspire the value of self-care, enhance quality of life, reduce physical suffering while easing mental or emotional stress, manage chronic pain through methods that de-emphasize drug therapy, balance subtle energies and facilitate healing for those in need of my services. My natural curiosities have led me deep into studies of Eastern-based theories like the Chakra System, The Meridian Theory and various energetic philosophies - whereas my clinical, "But Why?" attitude has resulted in an advanced education in Physiology, Kinesiology and Human Biology.  My balanced approach to awareness and continuing education provides an ideal environment to grow and expand one's knowledge of self as well as a safe space to investigate the root cause of our pains. When we are invested in our health, our self-care, and we learn how emotions manifest physically in our bodies or how stagnant meridian energy can cause dis-ease and chronic illness to develop, we become more open to the possibilities of how we can release that which no longer serves us to live more joyous and balanced lives. ​I am Certified through the National Holistic Institute as a Health Educator, advocating for knowledge and self-care through the complementary therapies of both, the East and West allowing me to offer unique insight into health, wellness and self-care. If you fail to cancel or modify your appointment prior to 24 hours before your session, 50% of your service fee will be charged.
